Job Description:
1. 5+ experience Ability to pingremote into the systems, do diagnostic checks, isolate issues within subsystems and troubleshoot as necessary.
2. Scripting and automation of tasks Monitor system health and performance
3. C/C++/Java/Python/Golang knowledge (broadly to cover all apps)
Detailed Job Description:
Knowledge of L2L3 support processes incident management, problem management, SLA adherence etc.
Working experience in agile DevOps environments
