thanks for your interest in (and patience with) Europa!
From
the images, it looks like perhaps you don't have libantlr3c in your
LD_LIBRARY_PATH on Linux (or the Windows equivalent). You'll need that
to get one of the non-static builds to work. You can check it out and
build it yourself from the ANTLR repository or it's available from our
ThirdParty repository here:

that the Google Code site has been archived and will eventually go
away. Most of what's on there has been migrated to GitHub.
Regarding
the Windows build, we haven't had a Windows machine to build on since
shortly after the binaries were posted. I'm upgrading the build system
to use CMake, so hopefully Windows builds will become more common, but
my preferred platform is Linux, too. I'm not looking forward to having
to deal with the various VS CRT versions.
