When you think of Cinco de Mayo, what comes to mind? A crowded bar, a cool margarita, chips & guacamole?
Prepare yourselves for a new take on Mexican cuisine inspired by upscale, luxe dining of the world's best restaurants, created for you by Philly's legendary Mexican Post. Chef Jorge Reyes is the genius behind the new menu and his focus is on more modern, sophisticated fare which is guaranteed to challenge your idea of traditional Mexican food.
The first 15 Eurocircle members who sign up and pay for this event will have the exclusive privilege of touring Chef Reyes' kitchen.
On the Menu:
* Sopes (veggie) - Crispy corn masa cake, refried beans, onions, rajas poblano peppers (mild) queso fresco and crema fresca.
* Rosarito Flauta - Spinach flour tortilla, grilled chicken breast, serrano peppers, plum tomatoes and chihuahua cheese served with BBQ sauce and guacamole.
* Ceviche De Tilapia - Tilapia fish with avocado, lime juice, onions, tomatoes and cilantro.
Drought Beer Specials and of course Mexican Post's take on the EUROTINI with fresh strawberries & basil.
$20 pp if Paid By May 7th. $25 after May 7th.
