Dramatic performance drop with the new version

Hello,
I updated to the new version 0.98.2 today. I noticed an immediate twofold performance drop. Where I was previously getting about 6-7 generations/sec now I'm getting about 2.5 - 3.

Am I looking at the right stat to measure performance or is Eureqa doing more in the background that gives better results faster but lowers gens/sec?

Hi Benedict,

Thanks for the report. We actually found and fixed a performance issue with earlier builds of 0.98.2 and resolved it in build 1071 (what is currently on the download page).
