Hi there,

I have been using an FCB1010 with EurekaProm for several years to run BIAS FX2 for live performance. Due to various factors, I'm leaving Positive Grid for AmpliTube 5.

In Bias I ran the FCB in PP/EP mode so that the top row selected my Patch and the bottom row selected my Scene in that patch.

AmpliTube has a different structure, but I don't want to be limited to 10 presets as with my current set up  I essentially have 20  presets. Are there any of the other modes (Kemper, 11 Rack, Boss, etc) that would allow me to bank up or down and have multiple sub presets? I essentially would need 20 PC#s to accomplish the same type of set up I am running in BIAS.

Also,  I know I could run EP mode and just have individual stomp control, but sometimes I am changing the actual levels on the effect or engaging multiple effects at  once, so multiple presets is the preferred option.

Thanks,
Joey

Hi Joey,

Most of our customers use the PP Programmable configuration with Amplitube. Amplitube is very programmable, so you wouldn't need to program anything on the pedal board. Here's a good video that shows how to program amplitube with MIDI: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nGEQriFS_g

EFfects mode for stomps on/off, PResets mode for changing presets in Amplitube.

20 PC#s can easily be access from Pr mode, but then you'd need to move to EF to turn on/off individual presets.

Thanks Dave, after reviewing the PR function I think I see how I could use this.

Side question, if I switch modes (say  to EF) when I come back to PR will it remember where was as far as Bank and Preset?
