I know I'm not the first to raise this issue, but I wanted to echo what others have said and provide some more insight.

I just installed  EurekaProm (3.2)... I'm using the PA mode for Kemper.

Expression pedals both exhibit seriously latency to the point of unusability in cases where timing of expression changes is very important to the music (whammy mostly, but noticeably for volume swells as well).

I read a response to this very complaint saying that midi is not sent until a change of at least +/- 3 is observed by the software but that there should be no latency; also it was said that the +/- 3 threshold is to avoid constant signaling due to "optical jitter" (my words)

Whether the threshold is causing the issue or not, I do believe there is a flaw in the EurekaProm programming, because the problem did not present itself until after installing the EProm. I was using the regular Uno chip before, and the expression pedals changed the sound with no noticeable latency. Before that, I was using the stock chip and again, no latency problems when using the expression pedals.

I have this issue as well. When moving the pedal quickly it seems like there is a backlog of midi signals that continue to affect the target parameter after I stop moving the pedal.
I don't think this has anything to do with the +/-3 threshold.

Just tested: this is not an issue with the stock fcb prom, only the eureka
