Having trouble purchasing EurekaPROM.

I have tried, repeatedly, to contact EurekaSound with regard to purchasing a EurekaProm using the "Contact Us" link on your website. I have never received a reply of any kind. I am trying to figure out which configuration is best for me (I believe it will be the PP Programable one but want to talk to someone in order to confirm this). I am also trying to figure out how to specify which particular one I wish to purchase because when I go to the PP Programmable chip's page and click "add to cart" the cart just shows "EurekaPROM 3.2 Item #: EurekaPROM3.2.  How will you know I want the PP Programmable one?

I'm sorry you haven't been able to reach us - but I'm so glad you sent this message - I now realize that our "Contact Us" page has been broken for a couple months. So sorry to you and many others. I "believe" it's back up & working.

I'm happy to chat with you about which configuration is best for your setup.

Regarding how to purchase - *all* configurations are in each EurekaPROM 3.2. You can select the configuration by following the directions here:
https://www.eurekasound.com/eurekaprom/setup#h.p_2yCOGphrmL-Z

And you can switch between configurations at any time.

     Oh wow!  I am glad I brought it up so you could fix the "Contact Us" page. 

     That is cool that all configurations are in each EurekaPROM. I have an older one I bought a while back for my AVID Eleven Rack. I will see if that has the PP configuration on it.  I may have to upgrade to a new version. The one I have is version 1.3.

     Thank you for replying so quickly! I will check out if my older chip works for me. Otherwise I will be purchasing an upgrade. If you have any info regarding the 3.2 vs my 1.3 I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you again Dave!

I could be wrong but it looks like the v1.3 chips were made back before all configurations were in every EurekaPROM. Can you confirm this? Just trying to figure out if my old one will work or if I need to upgrade.  Thanks again Dave!

Ah, I think you might have the "11PROM, v1.3" (Here's the old site for it: https://www.eurekasound.com/discontinued-products/11prom
Yes, that didn't have the PP configuration built in.
If you upgrade, send me an email afterward the purchase - and I'll refund you back $10USD for repeat business.
