I can't get any presets to save please help

Ive followed the steps online over and over again, it only saves what I programmed last, it acts like its saving and recalling presets, but the messages don't change, please help!

Please make sure that you enter the preset you want to save using the EurekaPROM-enabled FCB1010 only (not the effect unit's front panel).
The stapes are:

• To store a Preset:

  • In Pr mode, select preset via the EurekaPROM-enabled FCB1010.

  • Press & Hold the UP pedal until the 7-segment display begins to flash FP.

  • Press the pedal you wish to store the Preset. The 7-segment display will flash when stored.

• To recall a Preset, press and release the pedal of your choice.
