Hi,
New to Fractal and Eureka, Ive used the FCB1010 before with UNO chip running an Eventide H9 Avid 11 rack and a Positive Grid  Head, TBH I got a friend to program so totally new to Eureka!.
Just wondered if anyone has programmed and used the 1010 with Fractal FM3 and how did you find the process?.
Really dense when it comes to Midi LOL
Thanks for any advice.
Mark

Have you tried just using the FA configuration directly?

UnO contains a number of fixes and improvements to the native Behringer PROM. The EurekaPROM is a total rewrite, that focuses on modes that a musician would want, specifically EF (effects) mode for stomps, Pr (presets) mode to change effect unit presets, FP (favorite presets) to have your 10 favorites at a single touch, and SP for specials.

Yeah, unfortunately there's not a great way to use Scenes & individual effects at the same time. I think their idea of Scenes was not to think about effects, but think about parts of a song, and switch Scenes accordingly.

Do you know if it's possible to have switch1-9 be my fav preset and then switch 10 be a stompbox, boost?.. or is it 1-5 can only be effects and 6-10 patches?

5) EP: Effects & Presets

Notes:

  • To get to EP mode:

    • Go to EF mode.

    • Press & Hold the UP pedal until both the EFfects LED & Favorite Presets LED are both lit.

  • Pedals 1-5 are from EFfects mode.

  • Pedals 6-10 are from FP mode.

*EP mode is only active for 1-cable mode.

thanks!

joe...

Hey Mark,

Yeah, unfortunately it's just 1-5 can only be effects and 6-10 patches.

Love your email address btw.

Cheers,
Dave
