Sending Sysex info to USB96 / mountain utilities from fcb1010

Has anyone been successful sending Sysex data FROM fcb1010 (eureka Chip) TO mountain utilities midi editor via a Presonus Audiobox US96 interface? If so, do you have a sequence of steps you can share.  

Second Question: is mountain utilities the best editor for fcb1010 / Bias FX2 programming and backing up?

The Eureka Chip does not support programming from any editor and does not support SYSex. You might want to look at UNO or UNO 2 chip or us something like Bome Software to convert from what the FCB1010 sends so some other MIDI message.
