FCB1010 Toggle problem

I have the FCB1010 with the latest Eurekaprom 3.2 installed. It's connected with the Avid Eleven rack. I have an issue with the effectswitches. I have to tap de pedal twice to turn of an effect instead of 1. It's very annoying. How can I change that ?

Is the EurekaPROM-enabled FCB1010 in the 11 configuration? (When you power it on, you'll see ES, EP, 3.2, 11...)
