what is num-of-cpus 12 ?

Hi Experts,  I am very new to Netflix Eureka server.   Using Spring boot, I just configured  Eureka server and when I launched it,  in the dashboard  I see  num-of-cpus 12.    What is this count  12  ?    I am running it in my windows machine and I did not understand  12 CPUs .

Can you please  help me to understand this.   Please provide me link to  Documentation on these various items t that we see on  Eureka  Dashboard.

I spent so much of time searching for documentation so that  I can understand what is this num-of-cpus.    But  did not find anywhere.
