error running database scripts

Hi All,

When I run the script dev_apply_updates.sh on ubuntu 12, here's what happens:

ERROR: encoding UTF8 does not match locale en_US.iso88591 DETAIL: The chosen LC_CTYPE setting requires encoding LATIN1

How do I fix this?

I found the issue. My postgres database needed to be reinitialized (dbinit) with UTF8
