Did it about 6 or 7 years ago in Mexico.  Don't know if the doctor is still there.  He was located just outside of Tijuana and is a very good ER surgeon who was doing genital mods on the side.  I drove down from LA, stayed for two days, came home.  Went back a week later for stitch removal.  It cost about three grand, I had the scrotum removed..  Healed quickly, but took about 3 months for skin in area to return to normal elasticity.  Nerves in the former scrotal area have become very sensitive, I use Androgel, testosterone gel, to maintain muscle mass.  Still get hard and ejaculate.  I come better now than before.  You must take hormones to maintain bone density, otherwise problems will arise.

Since we are sharing. I just measured, normal 1 ¼ maybe a little less, around is ½ and erect maybe almost 2. Just a little short of it. This is the main reason why for me.

The photo was taken 5 months ago.  I am 50 and look much younger, I always had a desire to do it and did it sometime ago.  I am not married.  I got testosterone replacement before surgery, just ask for it. I don't post more photos because they get spread all over.
