Latest version of mecab ko dict

Hi,

I can see in the documentation mecab-ko-dic-2.0.1-20150920 is used for building the seunjeon jar. But in mecab-ko-dic downloads page latest version available is mecab-ko-dic-2.0.3-20170922. 

Any reason we are not using the latest version of dictionary? 

Is there any significant difference between mecab-ko-dic-2.0.1-20150920 and mecab-ko-dic-2.0.3-20170922?

it's not big issue.

just i don't have time to update. but i think, it's better to upgrade.
