The consultant must be capable of performing all of the following tasks:
· Technical in-depth product demonstrations
· High-level demonstrations
· Technical presentations
· Board-level presentations
· Prototyping
· Trial management

· Trade show duties
· Training
General
* Business awareness
* Sales awareness
* Testing awareness
* Technical skills as below
Ideal Characteristics
GUI Client-Server Testing
* experience in developing AND testing GUI applications in a
client/server environment
* familiar with a Windows-based application development tool e.g Visual
Basic, PowerBuilder etc.
* knowledge of the key elements in managing the testing process
* strong communication and presentation skills
* good problem solving ability
all the above skills plus :
* Windows NT
* experience working in a UNIX environment including shell-scripts
* knowledge of at least one database e.g Oracle, Sybase
* 'C' programming experience or C++
* familiar with TCP/IP networks
* understanding of Performance/Load testing in a client/server
environment
