Ingrid van Eeghem (owner-manager of Restaurant De Karpendonkse Hoeve
in Eindhoven, The Netherlands), will introduce you to new trends in
Europe's Cuisine. The history, present and future of the Northern
European cuisine, particularly the Dutch Cuisine, will be presented
and served to the audience.
