Web Dev wanted

Eugene tattoo artist interested in some web dev. He initially stated he'll trade ink. I suggested perhaps that may not get him close to what he wants, but here's the ask anyway.

A couple bonuses are they already have a 'nix box in house and paid for hosting.

I suggested some innovatae such as eye-fi to gallery and local templates so the dev doesn't have to necessarily maintain anything post project.
