consultant needed: PHP/MySQL

We've got some legacy systems set up at work using PHP and MySQL. Neither one of us are big PHP folks ([because][1], man) and we mostly use PostgreSQL. We could take the time to learn all this, but we really don't have it. We're hoping to find a consultant and by that I meant someone who would consider themselves an expert in debugging PHP as well as knowing the ins and outs of MySQL database management. If anyone can suggest anyone or some other resource, please let me know? Maybe there's a PHP group someone knows about? Sigh. Why can't PHP just die???
