Hello all,

Sunday tango in Eugene is continuing, and we look forward to another opportunity to deepen our connections through each embrace.

I am writing to let you know that I will be absent for the next four Sundays. I will be leaving this Wednesday for my annual retreat to the beach and to see family in the Dominican Republic. I will be returning during the second week of August.

Our experienced and dedicated team will continue to lead our classes and milonguita. As in previous years, Deanna will lead the classes, focusing on our core principles: teaching tango in closed embrace, dancing on crowded floors, and ensuring our students can dance comfortably anywhere in the world. Mary, Sandra, and Patty will manage the organization and general details, while Greg will assist with the setup and other logistics. Rafael and Clarence will be in charge of the music as our featured musicalizadores.

Of course, all of you are essential to the success of our Sundays. I look forward to seeing everyone again upon my return.
