Hello!
Tomorrow is the bimonthly Women’s Practica. We’ll start off with some exercises and drills followed by a specific practice, unless you have something you want to work on.
It’s much darker in the evenings this time of the year, and when it rains, visibility on the roads can be much more challenging. Take your time and be careful. And bring your water bottle :)
