Special Guest Instructor Cecilia Gonzalez at Bailonga

Please join us for this amazing opportunity: Cecilia Gonzalez teaching at Bailonga on October 22nd 7PM! A phenomenal dancer and extraordinary instructor, Cecilia is one of Eugene’s favorite tango guests.

From Cecilia’s website:

“Well respected by the tango community in Buenos Aires, she has taught and danced at numerous festivals around the world. Along the way she has partnered with some of the most famous tangueros of her generation: Osvaldo Zotto, Fabian Salas and Mariano ‘Chicho’ Frumboli, to name a few. The technical precision, fluidity, and elegance of her movements and notable capacity of improvisation characterize her dance.”

DJ Greg will be providing us a night of traditional music with a nuevo floursh. Cecilia will also be teaching a series of workshops over the weekend on October 25th & 26th so check out eugenetango.com for more details! Cost for this special event will be a flat $10 and refreshments will be provided, but as always, you're encouraged to bring a finger food to share.

-Masking is not required but encouraged, and there will always be masks and hand sanitizer available at the front desk.

-Due to thefts at the Vet's Club and in the parking lot, it's recommended that you keep your valuables close by. You're welcome to store them by the stage or behind the divider for extra security.

-No street shoes, please ~ they can damage the floor. Please bring clean non-marking footwear such as dance shoes or sneakers. Thanks!

-A 30-minute desk shift gets you in for free! First come first served to sign up for shifts, but there are virtually always open slots available.

-Please avoid fragrances/perfumes. Some of us are allergic. Thank you!
