For about 3 years I organized two evening milongas in downtown Eugene at David restaurant. They were called milonga Bruja and milonga Loca (named after two tangos of D’arienzo) we met on Thursday night twice a month. Eventually, the owner got tired, I guess he hoped we would be good drinkers and consume more. We had to let go.
Then we moved to another bar downtown, after 3 months kind of the same story. Tango dancers don’t drink much, bummer!!!

And… There was a pair of female tango shoes that were forgotten on the table. You are welcome to bring shoes that you want to give away or sell, but be sure that you let us know at the front desk and please have a sign letting folks know about the shoes size, price etc. and remember to take them back if no interest is shown. This particular pair did not have a sign. I will bring the shoes back tomorrow.
