Hello to the Group!

Hi Everyone, 

I am taking over the role of group Organizer/Leader for the Eugene SQL Server User Group from long-time current leader Dan Guzman, who is stepping aside. 

I just wanted to quickly introduce myself. I am a Database Developer and Database Administrator for a research unit in the College of Education at the University of Oregon. That's my main focus. I also work closely with an application development team, occasionally doing application development myself.

As part of taking over the group, I will be moving the daytime meetings to the UO, meaning that the meetings at Peacehealth will be discontinued. We do plan to continue with evening meetings at Oregon Research Institute.

I'm also looking for presenters for upcoming months, but I will post a separate announcement for that.
