The Chapel Hill - Carrboro City Schools seeks engaging, inspiring, and reflective elementary classroom teachers for Dual Language Programs in Chinese and Spanish.

Requirements: Teachers for the dual language program must have near-native fluency in the target language (Chinese or Spanish) and must also be eligible to hold a teaching license in elementary education. Teachers must be HIGHLY QUALIFIED in elementary education.

Qualifications: Candidates who hold a BA degree from an accredited university and who have passed Praxis test 5015 meet the minimum requirement for a lateral entry license in NC. Previous teaching experience in a bilingual or immersion program is preferred.
