Sessions are designed for teachers, administrators, and instructional assistants who work with student language learners.

Theme: What Works and Why: Academic Success for ELL Students
Dates: June 22-23, 2012
Location:  Woodburn High School, Woodburn, Oregon

Please use the following format and attached workshop descriptions to submit your proposal to oabepr...@gmail.com no later than April 30, 2012.

Proposal Submissions

1. Single Cover Page (for the program)

a. Title of Session
b. Session Abstract of 75 words or less

• To be used in the conference program
• Precise description of the session’s content to aid participants in selecting topics relevant to their interests
• OABE reserves the right to edit the abstract

2. Proposal Description (for OABE selection committee’s consideration)

a. Title of the Session
b. Description of the Session

• Clear description of the content of presentation
• Explicitly indicate the strands into which your presentation fits.
• Description cannot exceed 500 words.
