The bookbinding team is up and working over there, and it seems like a good place to clean and re-centralize members. Maybe work on find some new people to become an active group again.

i too am totally overwhelmed right now, but from the little bit of the
new teams stuff i have seen i think it is a good idea. Between
getting ready for market, studying and working I haven't been doing
much :P

No my bookbinding group has 3 members that control the Etsy team page.
You would still the be head contact, I would be #2.
