I need some reviewer help for mid term review @ the Uof O. it is Monday the 13th of Feb 1:00-4:00.
The project is for retired and new faculty housing @ 15th and Walnut. a Minimum of 30 units.
It is for those ready for a change of life. Kids are gone, sold the ranch style large house and want to move to a very "special place" (cost no object) about 800-1000 sq.ft.
Not a retirement facility, limited shared spaces, these will exist on the campus. No scheduled combined activities. All ambulatory occupants, stairs ok. No 2nd bedroom or maybe no bedroom.
There will be 2-3 units to share for guests or one would stay at the nearby Holiday Inn on Franklin.
Walking distance to the University/PC Market/Emx. Shared cars.
I did this project a few years ago and resulted in some non traditional housing, Certainly not just a smaller place with the same number of rooms.
