Hi all,
Just a note to invite you to the LIGHT meeting this Saturday. It's
free, and we'll have vendors, etc., plus Norm Fox talking about Teaching
Science from a Creationist Viewpoint. Norm is an entertaining and
interesting speaker, even if you don't agree with him!
The meeting starts at 9 am, at Garden Way Academy, on Garden Way
Street in Eugene. Garden Way is a short street which runs between Harlow
Road and Centennial Blvd. just west of I-5.
This month and next month both, we're having our meeting on the
first Saturday (instead of our traditional second Saturday) because of holidays.
Next month's meeting has one of our "big" speakers this year:
Eloise McGraw, a nationally known author of childrens' books, and winner of
the Newberry Honor award. She's going to talk about how she writes
historical fiction.
Ask if you have questions. And come and say "hi" to me if you come.
