There is a Missouri homeschool page on the web that I found through
Excite search. On their homepage, they have listed the regulations for
Missouri homeschooling. Missouri seems to be very homeschool friendly.
They require a certificate of notification and proof that the child is
being schooled (written records), as well as requiring a minimum number
of hours of instruction per year. Good luck.
