Abeka is an excellent program. Many small Christian private schools use
Abeka. They also have a video classroom program for parents who are nervous
about being their child's sole school. Christian Light is good too. It is
significantly less expensive that Abeka or ACE. ACE is cheaper than Abeka.
ACE is also popular among small private schools but I know of a few schools
which switched to Abeka because the parents decided Abeka was clearly a higher
quality education. However, ACE clearly provides a better education than do
public school and it is rated solid by The Big Book of Home Learning and by
the other major homeschool curriculum rating guides.
