What are you very interested and fairly knowledgeable about? Perhaps you
could work that into an "organized" class with her where you share what you
know and let her see if she can search out more information or do special
projects. We do that with history because it's a favorite subject of mine.
This gives my kids both the passing on of the knowledge and understanding
I've attained and allows them to dig deeper and get their own.
