It seems rather arbitrary. Maybe the rule should be about sending
to lists where a post is generally off the subject. I wonder if
this could have potentially applied to my pro-Nader tag line.

I'd like to be hearing something from more than one voice of
EFN's side of it also.

I wouldn't go so far as to say "quite the reverse", but maybe
that was mostly due to staff shortages.

The ideal I see would be a system where each CCed message is
coded with the same random code number, and my ISP would delete
messages from different sources with the same number. Also a
keyword system would search many forums for messages that begin
with the equivalent of "meta tags" on web pages. It would get
messages with subjects I like, delete some I don't like and
suggest some "maybes".
