EFN,

This is one last chance for EFN to correct an unjust and abusive action.

My account, ber...@efn.org, was locked without reason and without
warning.

After the fact, complaints of spamming have been claimed, but without
providing evidence, much less revealing the suspect source of the
complaints. Had I been notified of the complaints before termination of
the service, I could have easily defended myself, and corrected any
misapprehension.

I have done nothing abusive. I have not engaged in spamming.

I have done nothing wrong.

EFN insists that I come in person to 448 Charnelton to negotiate for
reinstatement, but that is plainly ridiculous. EFN has committed an
unjust and abusive action. The only negotiation will concern how quickly
that action will be reversed.

I believe the account will be unlocked, one way or another. EFN can do
that immediately, but if not, I think EFN will do that eventually.

Please send notification to royg...@juno.com that EFN has reinstated my
account.

If I do not recieve this notification sometime today, other avenues will
be pursued, and I am confident they will result in the account being
unlocked.
