0.1.1 is out. It is a bugfix release and fixes the various issues that
have been reported, all of which have to do with euclid not being able
to consistently spawn new processes.
Getting this right was frustrating for me, and I'm sure for the people
who were helping me test it (I couldn't reproduce the bugs so all
debugging was done over email), so thanks for your patience.
Specific thanks should be given to Benjamin Kuhns and Giles Orr.
