From svn version to version, there's no change log saying what you've added/deleted/updated/whatever. Is it possible for you to include this upon updating? This way users and testers don't have to weed through source changes to see what's been modified.

Do you mean a local changelog, like a text file that gets downloaded
with the source?
At the site there is Source>changes (this also lets you look compare
diffs of any two revs) and "project home">updates.
