Dear All,
Euclid has largely been on the back burner for a while now, but
progress has been made--if slowly.
This is just a heads up that I'm planning to a new release in a week
or so in case anyone has any further bug-related information that he'd
like to get in before the new release goes gold.
Cheers,
WMD

After considerably more than the initially projected week I'm happy to
announce that euclid-wm.0.3.0rc1 is up for testing.

For the record the major improvements follow:
-added the search-for-window feature.
-actually fixed the numlock bug

And fixes for various bugs (including a couple that never made their
way into the tracker).

Please give it a try and report any issues you encounter.

Just wanted to let everyone know I went ahead and bumped the RC to
include the changes in rev 194.
I don't think there were many chances for problems to creep in, but I
like to be safe.
If you run it and it makes problems, y'all know what to do.

It's up for download, no real changes from rc2.
Main improvements from 0.2.0 are fixing the numlock and caplock
problems and adding the search-for-window feature: <alt> + <shift>
+ ?

As an aside: some serious work has been done in SVN trunk on multihead
support, and I'm hoping that 0.4.0 will be coming out soon with fully
usable Xinerama support. If you have a chance to run a recent svn
version on a multimonitor setup, please do and let me know how it
goes.

As of 7May, I've added a ppa for all *ubuntu distributions and Ubuntu-
based distributions to download the main version of euclid-wm. The
*.deb files are also available at launchpad.net (hosting the ppa).

To use, just
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:benjamin-kuhns/ppa

Then update and install 'euclid-wm'.

Again, this is an effort to get the software to the greatest number of
people possible to improve the capabilities of testing and bug
handling to improve the software.

Great work!
