Trying to uninstall Citrix Files for Windows version 21.10.7.0. Getting error 'The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This man indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2716.' After I respond 'OK', get error 'Uninstall Failed 0x80070643 - Fatal error during installation'. See screen captures. Have you done any testing to see if this solves your problem? I'm skeptical that it will. I've run Cylcance and Sophos Central/Cloud side by side for three years, prior to Intercept X/Hitman Pro being available. I've had essentially zero problems with coexistence, and while Cylance does most of the heavy lifting I've had good results with web filtering/ad blocking and zapping the occasional .js cryptomining code with Sophos. Standard computer config is i5/8GB/128GB SSD, nothing special, performance not an issue.
I had the error code mentioned above and after trying to use the simple uninstall option and the revo option to uninstall as much of Evernote as i could i still had problems trying to install Evernote. i then thought i would try Revo-Uninstaller-Pro (30 day trial) to see if it could find any hidden files that the free revo couldn't. i discovered this has an installer option and i installed evernote 4.6.4 using this and it installed perfectly, no more error codes.
I merged both fix threads together as it seems that everyone seems to be fixed with some combination of these. We're working on a single procedure that will work for everyone so we can update our EvernoteVersions.exe uninstaller routine.
And all three having just one empty value. If perhaps these were what really needed to be removed, that might be nice, as they are the simplest to contemplate (having only that one value with no data), and clearly being related to installer "upgrade codes", whatever that may mean.

There are other keys left behind by the normal uninstall process, but it gets a bit too complicated to advise on which ones to remove. Again, this is a last resort method. Deleting these keys does resolve the issue for a lot of users with the issue, but it isn't a guaranteed fix for all machines.

Have removed twice, deleted Nitro's folders from Program Files, Program Files(x86) and from AppData hidden folder. Check in task manager first that ruplp.exe is not already running as a process. If it is, kill it and then launch it as administrator. hope this solves your problem. It did mine after days of tracing process and registry calls.
