It's official !! I booked a hall Saturday July 10, 2010 just outside
of Chicago to host our FIRST ANNUAL INDIE JUBILEE ! I am crazy for
doing this because I don't know what to expect - except an AWESOME
TURN OUT and your Support - well, emotional that is !
In about a week I should have a final package/proposal that will
outline the 'important things' such as Sponsorship Opportunities and
benefits, Vendor Application, Entertainment Participants, our Mission,
General Info, Etc Etc !
I am also creating a budget for this event so that we break even or
try to make income for future events !
My dream is to have this be a HUGE success with vendors just yearning
to be a part of our event and thousands of attendees supporting us,
but realistically we can only promote so much and use whatever
resources we have to stick within our budget. FYI - a portion of our
profits will be going toward next years event (that's right an attempt
to make this a yearly gig) !
Anyways, what I ask of you is your support in this - if you would like
to send promos from your store please do not hesitate ! We will be
having a booth for ALL Bebot Squad Members to show off their skills.
This is an opportunity for you to start promoting your shop !! We will
also be creating a program that will list our 'current' members and
their shop; BUT if you feel you need more exposure, you have the
option to put an AD in our program for a DISCOUNT just because you are
a Bebot Squad Member ! Email me for more info.
