[ANNOUNCE] Deprecating findPopularTags and findAllRelatedTags

Hi all,

Etsy has made the decision to deprecate 2 tag-related methods:
- findPopularTags [1]
- findAllRelatedTags [2]

This change is required to fix a core search issue. Moreover, traffic
logs the past few months showed that these methods are rarely called.

Deprecation timeline:

1) In 2 days, Wed 23 May 2012, these 2 methods will become no-op
features. This means they will return empty results sets in all cases.

2) In a few weeks (no sooner than 2), we'll remove these 2 API methods
and documentation entirely.

We understand this is short notice. Deprecating was our last option,
but unfortunately we had to go with it. Thanks for your understanding.
