How can I create Test orders in Etsy?

I have a test store and it is in Developer mode.
I want to create test orders but the only option I see in checkout is PayPal.

Earlier I used to create test orders and checkout using the payment method "Other", Now it's not available.
Why is the Other option removed?

Is there any other option to create test orders without paying?
