findAllListingActive returning empty Shop array resource

I'm experiencing Listings results with an "empty Shop array
resource" (eg: "Shop":[] ) field for findAllListingActive searches in
the sandbox instead of an "empty single Shop resource" (eg: "Shop":
{"shop_id":5320020,"shop_name":"stseraphinaknits"} ) . This is causing
on JSON Serializer to throw errors as we are expecting a single object
and not an array.

This appears to be a bug - 1. We shouldn't be getting an empty shop
resource; 2. A single empty resource and not an empty array resource
should be returned.

Also,

I'm seeing some listings with more than 14 tags being returned -
sometimes as many as 36! Are these tags the correct tags for the
listing? Or are these tags that have spaces (multi-worded tags) being
counted as individual tags and not joined with an underscore?
