Taxes in the API

This discussion (http://bit.ly/Kn4fjg) from late 2011 suggests that
support for taxes in the API is forthcoming, but I can't find any
record of it in the current documentation. Any ideas of an ETA on
this?

Sorry, I wasn't clear there - I'm looking for the ability to set the
tax via the API (the programmatic version of https://www.etsy.com/your/shops/{shop_id}/tax).

Ah, in that case I think you're out of luck. The discussion you saw
was about read-only needs, unfortunately, and I haven't seen anything
about being able to set the tax.

It's never too late to ask for it, though :)
