Can not read buyer email address

Hi all

My developer account has full access 

My permissions scope for each user are as like

{"count":5,"results":["email_r","listings_r","listings_w","transactions_r","transactions_w"],"params":null,"type":"ArrayString","pagination":{}}

But when I send a request to get an order with their items 

My query is     https://openapi.etsy.com/v2/shops/$store_id/receipts?min_last_modified=".(time()-3600*24*30)."&page=$page&includes=Transactions/MainImage,Country

 

was_shipped : true

buyer_email : Access Denied   (Access Denied) I can not read buyer email address.

What do you think about this issue?

Please know that I just sent you an email from deve...@etsy.com to help with this further. As noted in our documentation, "Applications developed by third-parties will need to request access to the buyer_email field if they're utilizing the transaction_r permission scope. These requests are approved on a case by case basis."

Hi,

What is the meaning of case by case?

Do I have to contact Etsy support to enables this feature or is it something that can be done by code somehow?
