Hello,

Does anyone know if Etsy API offers anything similar to webhooks, i.e. a way to be programmatically informed of a new order or some other change with the shop?

Nop, We will need to constantly query their systems and have a way to know if something has changed, You will need to take care of rate limits. Webhooks is something many of us are waiting for... Not sure if Etsy has plans for this in their API's V3.

Nope, it doesn't seem that is possible. What I am trying to do for my client is poll the transactions API for new transactions, but I haven't been able to get V3 access.
