Today I've been getting complaints that "stuff isn't working".
I'm calling the receipt endpoint
http://openapi.etsy.com/v2/private/shops/<etsy_username>/receipts?access_token=<token>&access_secret=<secret>&api_key=<key>
The response I'm getting is a full html page saying "Sorry, the page
you were looking for was not found." (http://pastie.org/2131129).
If I use curl I get "API request missing api_key or valid OAuth parameters".
Could my api key have gotten blocked/revoked?

We had an issue with DNS lasting approximately 20 minutes earlier
today-- the calls should be working again now.

We're still out of order -- none of our requests have worked since yesterday.
The current error that I'm getting when making an authenticated call
from the console is "This method requires authentication".
When attempting to do the oauth dance we get the following error page on Etsy:
"Oops! There was an error connecting this application to your account.
Please return to the application and try again. If the error persists,
you should contact the application's original author.
Error detail: Request token value is unknown."
