Authenticate Signin Issue

Hi Guys,
 
We have a user who is trying to authenticate but cannot get past the sign-in to access the "Authorise App" page.  Do you have any ideas why this would happen?

There was no indication that she was having any problems. I've asked her if she has remember turned on and asked her to log off and back on to see if she is having the same problem.
 
I'll let you know as son as I have a response.

The user has advised that she is only having problems with authorising 3rd-party apps and not hte main website.
