Missing Shipping Method/ Etsy V3 / get shop receipts endpoint

Has any one been able to retrieve the shipping_method when pulling orders on etsy V3  from the endpoint https://openapi.etsy.com/v3/application/shops/{shop_id}/receipts ?

I see I received the "shipments" key on my results but it is always an empty array. I also get the "shipping_method" element within the transactions array, but it is null. 

On the V2 we were always given the shipping method, and that's lacking on the V3. Has anyone been able to get it? If so, what endpoint did you use? or how did you get it?

In short, the Shipping_Method property is always null unless someone chose to Upgrade their Shipping. (very confusing, I know)

That thread explains how to get the normal shipping information.
