Receipts and Coupons

I have some questions as I haven't seen any API data where coupons
have been applied nor do I have a shop that uses coupons to see how
they're applied to Receipt/Transaction data.

1. Is the coupon applied to a single item or the whole transaction?

2. Discount amount - Is that the difference between the Listing Price
and the Transaction Price fields or is the coupon discount applied to
both fields?

3. Does the coupon details appear on the Etsy generated Invoice? If
yes, will the coupon information be added to the API receipt/
Transaction as a field or association?

4. Are there plans to do full API CRUD against Coupons? If yes, then
when?

I was a little hasty in asking my questions. After posting the above
questions, I downloaded a CSV version of the Seller's Sold Orders
( http://www.etsy.com/your/listings/sold ) and loaded it into MS Excel
only to notice the following fields:

* Coupon Code
* Coupon Details
* Coupon Discount

When will these fields be added to the Transaction Resource?
