How can one retrieve permission scopes?

I wonder how we can check an access_token to see its scope. This is useful for checking if a seller has revoked his/her token.

In other words, what replaces the v2 function  openapi.etsy.com/v2/oauth/scopes as described at https://www.etsy.com/developers/documentation/getting_started/oauth#section_checking_permission_scopes_after_authentication

I would raise this on the API v3 github issues page to see if a developer could let you know how this is done on the new API or if it is a feature coming later.
